With a background in Electrical Engineering (Digital) and executive leadership training from Wits Business School, Tommy’s journey includes roles at Siemens Building Technologies and founding his own security company. After selling his company to Mvelapanda Group, he served as National GM for the Technical Division of Protea Coin before founding Gliimo in 2014.

Today, Gliimo, spearheaded by Tommy and Louis Grobler, boasts a staff of 34 permanent employees ranging from artisans to engineers. Tommy’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to alternative energy solutions have propelled Gliimo’s success, making him instrumental in shaping the future of renewable energy.
